SWIM & BOAT TEST

The swim test consists of jumping into the pool and swimming 100 yards continuously. To take the swim test, go to the Z-Center pool deck (don't forget your MIT ID card). When you arrive, notify the lifeguard that you are there for the test. There is also the option to take a beginner
swim class to fulfill the swim requirement. See the list of current quarter beginner swim class offerings.
